These terms govern your use of FillBook. We've kept them short and honest.
What this is
FillBook is an analytics and journaling tool for Kalshi traders. It imports and analyzes your trading history. It is not a broker, not an exchange, and not investment advice. We are not affiliated with Kalshi.
Not financial advice
Everything in the app — P&L, win rates, "edge" metrics — is a description of your past activity, computed on a best-effort basis. It is informational only. Nothing here is a recommendation to make any trade. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Accuracy
We work hard to get the math right, and we test it. But imports depend on third-party APIs that can change or return incomplete data, and settlement/resolution data can lag. Treat the numbers as a strong guide, not a substitute for the venue's own records. Reconcile before relying on figures for taxes or accounting.
Your responsibilities
Use read-scoped credentials, keep your login secure, and only connect accounts you own. Don't abuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.
Billing
Pro is a monthly subscription billed through our payment provider. You can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled case-by-case — just ask.
Availability & liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months. We may change or discontinue features, with notice for material changes.
